As the CEO and Co-Founder of C2H Capital Partners, Chad Harper is no stranger to the ever-changing ladder of success. With an over 20-year career in Aerospace & Defense and a proven track record of transformative leadership across multiple industry verticals, Chad can easily be referred to as an industry “Entrepreneurial Thought Leader”. He has effectively shaped the future of global businesses through his innovative strategies with tactical execution.

This recognized Executive Leader in Technology & Strategy has successfully generated over $2.5B in revenue by transforming raw concepts into ground-breaking products. Chad has also held several key leadership roles throughout his career including his tenure at Lockheed Martin as Head of Innovation, overseeing the development of their first innovation lab and conceptual product development, and his role at L3Harris Technologies as the Chief Technology Officer, Military Training Business Area, responsible for managing Advanced Research and Development growth portfolio, Technology Strategy, DoD and University Lab Engagement, Technology Transition and the Intellectual Property Portfolio.

Not only has Chad made significant strides in every role he has ever been in, but he has also become a well-known resource for organizational strategy and growth, complemented by expanding a $9B Aerospace & Defense portfolio, serving on several advisory boards as a Technical Director and winning multiple industry awards for his accomplishments.

As a community leader and advocate, it was a natural transition for Chad to launch the Xcellence Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization designed to expose inner-city youth to the areas of STEM, Business, and Leadership. As the Founder of this heart-felt venture, Chad was motivated to help participants recognize their true (X-Factor) potential and unlimited greatness through training, mentorship, and access.

As a Southern Methodist University alum, Chad obtained his master’s in Systems Engineering as well as acquired his bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Grambling University and Systems Engineering certifications from UCLA. Known as one of the “H’s” in C2H, Chad brings quite an impressive resume to the fold as he leads the C2H Family onto the path of success.
