As a visionary leader with over 15 years of specialized expertise committed to synchronizing innovative strategies that maximize organizational growth through developing key partnerships, Jennifer James expanded upon these efforts through identifying joint ventures, capital projects, and potential M&A targets that align with investor goals and objectives. Her background in spearheading complex projects and taking concepts from ideation to execution have contributed to the global successes of multiple organizations and partners. Navigating the tapestry of competing vertical markets through advancing short- and long-term strategic business plans have helped Jennifer to exercise due diligence in mitigating the overextension of resources and maximizing revenue potential.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has maintained a great deal of passion and an unwavering commitment to advancing DEI initiatives through empowering business ventures and founders by creating new opportunities to help them gain access to capital funding. Establishing the proper frameworks for making a greater social impact is a cause near and dear to her heart. By cultivating and sustaining a strategic and operational alignment of equitable structures, organizational roadblocks are removed, therefore inspiring a newfound confidence among diverse business owners and founders.

  • Successfully generating over $100MM in revenue through transforming concepts into viable deliverable products.

  • Performing as the Senior Investment Officer and Lead for the Inclusive Capital Fund Initiative at Impact Ventures, a 501c3 startup accelerator and integrated capital fund with a mission to empower talented yet underestimated Women and Communities of color through inclusive entrepreneurship, community wealth-building, and integrated capital.

  • Facilitates as a Professor at Neeley School of Business as well as the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute at the Texas Christian University campus.
