This former NFL Tight-End turned Organizational Leader and Executive Consultant successfully transitioned from the sports world to the business world by leveraging his strong capabilities in strategy and execution, professional networking, and conflict resolution. Je’Ron Hamm’s 5-year contribution to professional sports was represented through the following teams:

• Washington Redskins,

• San Francisco 49ers,

• and the Indianapolis Colts.

During his tenure in the NFL, he returned to the University of Louisiana Monroe and earned his bachelor’s degree, continued his Motivational speaking circuit and youth mentorship, becoming an active contributor and Board Member of the Xcellence Foundation, a Dallas-based non-profit that works with the local youth on academic and sports Xcellence, truly showing his commitment to giving back and dedication to the positive development of disadvantaged youth.

During his career transformation, Je’Ron saw an opportunity in the trucking space and strategically executed his business plan into a profitable enterprise after founding the Texas-based freight transportation company, Pro-Haul Logistics, LLC. This multimillion-dollar business venture was further supported by his educational platform, Pro-Haul TV, an online resource for new trucking professionals to help them with financial literacy, compliance, mentorship support, and transportation operations. 

In Je’Ron’s current role as the SVP of Sports & Entertainment Affairs for C2H Capital Partners, he specializes in post-career management, sponsorship/endorsement reviews, and advisory consulting support for athletes and entertainers. The C2H Capital family welcomes him with open arms as he assists this high-performance firm with continually exceeding its organizational milestones.
